Cornerstone Management Group is led by owners Casey Cunningham, John Abel, and Emil Hameed, whose combined experience spans more than 80 years in construction and project management. Together, they provide hands-on leadership, strategic guidance, and trusted advocacy for every client and project. Their backgrounds in construction management, general contracting, program management, and owner representation bring a balanced perspective to complex projects of all sizes. Casey Cunningham

Emil joined Cornerstone in 2014 and has managed more than 26 K-12 school projects. He currently oversees multiple elementary school projects and the Clatsop County Jail relocation. Before joining Cornerstone, he spent 12 years with Payne Construction, building extensive experience managing complex public and private construction projects.
