We are based in Wilsonville, Oregon. The firm’s service area includes all of Oregon but operates primarily within the Willamette Valley.

Founder Rick Rainone’s three decades of experience representing owners of construction projects firmly establishes him as one of the Northwest region’s most knowledgeable individuals relative to both public and private facilities construction. He has served the Portland metropolitan area for over 30 years and established Cornerstone Management Group, Inc., in 2001.

Cornerstone utilizes proven cost-control measures for each project, resulting in saving clients, in the aggregate, over $80,000,000 on their projects while maintaining or exceeding the quality of work initially expected.

Cornerstone’s project managers have 150 years of combined experience in K-12 public school construction in Oregon, having successfully managed 22 school construction bond programs for 18 school districts and having been re-selected by public agencies to work on additional K-12 projects six times. We’ve successfully delivered over 100 seismic and safety upgrade projects, many of which use the Oregon Seismic Rehab Grant program.
